Use wvdial
The issue was resolved with the below steps.
a. Delete imported project in eclipse
b. Open Create Android project wizard
c. Select create from source
d. Browse for the source on the disk
e. Click Finish and you are done.
f. Run Clean and No Error
Install rspec -v1.3.0 and uninstalled all other(higher) versions
First: sudo apt-get install libxslt-dev libxml2-dev
Then: sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev
